Automated Joint Cover

Our patented joint cover reliably protects expansion joints in asphalt from damage caused by high-pressure water applications. Lowered directly from the cab, it fits precisely over the joint and protects the soft bitumen fill from damage. After the vehicle passes over it, the system automatically retracts without leaving any marks or ghost lines.

Water treatment system “water loop”

Greater range with the same amount of water: The optional “water loop” water treatment system treats the water in the vehicle, filters it in a closed loop, and returns it to the cleaning circuit. The system provides up to 6,600 liters of additional fresh water capacity and allows the process water to be treated and reused up to three times. This significantly reduces the need for refilling.

Spray pattern cap

The spray pattern cap ensures that the water jet hits the mark precisely – without affecting adjacent areas. This keeps surfaces undamaged and reliably prevents the need for unwanted rework.
