To assist you in reporting any violations and to implement the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG), which took effect on July 2, 2023, we have established an internal whistleblower system that enables you to file a report and helps protect your anonymity to the greatest extent possible – including through the protection afforded by attorney-client privilege.
Before reporting a violation, please consider whether the matter could be resolved through a personal conversation. Also, please ensure that there is at least reasonable evidence of the misconduct or violation of our values.
